Anthony Lillicrap

Managing Director

Founder and Managing Director of ANT and a member of the Master Builders NT Board of Directors, Anthony brings over 14 years of experience in the Construction Industry. He has successfully managed projects in Alice Springs and Darwin, excelling in diverse settings, including sensitive environments like hospitals, education facilities, commercial spaces, remote and health sectors, as well as resolving potential hazardous situations in infrastructure, defence projects, and domestic removals, showcasing his commitment to achieving successful project outcomes with trust and precision.

Adam Bennett

General Manager

With more than two decades of extensive experience in the construction industry, Adam has taken on the role of General Manager at ANT, steering the company towards continued excellence and innovation. He has successfully led numerous award-winning projects across the Health, Education, and Tourism sectors, showcasing his expertise and vision. Adam’s dedication to fostering regional development and creating opportunities for Indigenous employment is exemplified by his impactful training programs, which have received prestigious recognition at both the Northern Territory and Australian Training Awards.

Meichelle Barker

HR/Administration/HSEQ Manager

Bringing three decades of seasoned expertise in human resources, Meichelle leads ANT’s HR and Administration division, managing payroll, employee inductions, records, and IT support while cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. In her expanded role, Meichelle oversees Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) operations, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Her leadership in implementing the Integrated Management System has been pivotal in driving operational excellence and supporting ANT’s ongoing growth and success.

Scott Nicolai

Hazmat and Demolition Manager – NT/SA

Scott Nicolai brings extensive expertise in hazardous materials (Hazmat) and demolition project management, making him a trusted leader in delivering safe and efficient outcomes. His deep understanding of industry best practices, combined with a strong commitment to safety, ensures all projects are executed with precision and care. With a proven track record in managing complex projects across remote communities, Scott’s exceptional communication skills and strategic approach drive seamless execution from start to finish.

Jake Harris

Carpentry, Ceilings & Partitions Manager

Jake is a Carpentry, Ceilings & Partitions Manager with over 15 years’ experience in the South Australian building industry, delivering multi-trade projects on time and within budget, even under tight deadlines. With a background in carpentry and internal fit-outs, he brings strong hands-on expertise across commercial and residential builds. Jake leads teams effectively, coordinates site operations with precision, and maintains clear communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery. His experience includes ceilings, linings, and partitions.

Dylan Jeremiah

Estimating Manager

With a robust background spanning over two decades in the industry, Dylan brings extensive practical expertise to his position as an Estimating Manager. His track record includes successfully overseeing a variety of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and upholding rigorous quality and safety standards, reflecting a deep understanding of project management and effective leadership.

Karolyn Critchley

Finance Manager

With more than 35 years of experience across the retail, banking, construction, and motor industries, Karolyn brings extensive financial expertise to ANT. A former business owner for 15 years, she holds qualifications in Business Management, Finance, and Supervisory Management. As Finance Manager, Karolyn oversees financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, cash flow management, and financial systems, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting the organisation’s ongoing financial performance.
